You can tap away on your laptop in a classy yet cozy atmosphere amidst likeminded souls at a hot desk in the cafe area or sit in a private loft-style office. You will have your own locker to keep your personal goodies safe and a library as well as a chill-out zone to meander into when you need a bit of headspace happening. You can take over a meeting room perfect for casual seminars, training, private tutoring, that must have private client meeting or cohort brain storming collaboration time.  Meeting rooms are fully equipped with white boards and TV monitors. 

Sitting in a renovated 2 story 1980 house that now resembles an industrial loft style, it is located in Ladprao 23 /Ratchadapisek 30 alley.  If you are not adverse to public transport, the MRT Ladprao station is a mere 10 minute walk away but there is car parking available for those that insist on their own 4 wheels.  It is an easily accessible to the city precinct and tucked away in a calm neighborhood.
