This space was designed for college students and freelancers. With well-designed desks and seats for studying and brainstorming, tenants have a wide range of desks to choose from. Several zones are designed for individual purpose. All necessary facilities are provided, such as Wifi, lamp, cutting plate, charger for all seats, printer, projector, whiteboard, and even amplifier with microphone. Price for service, food and drinks are set up fairly. There is even a bar indoors and outdoors, with couches, on-the-floor seating and tables for two, four and six people. There are also designated zones separating the quiet and café zones.
