Nice space though pointed out to OFC's confused building guard at registration who gave the wrong floor access to fifth floor rather than fourth floor on registration (and insisted he was right). Has phone booths for peace and to do quiet work.

Very unfortunate that their professionalism ends today when their booth for meetings hot and lack air conditioning, and when you broach the front counter, they just blame the building folks. Some one is tempering with the air con thermostat? Only they know.
