This home is a dream come true for private chef Jeff and his wife. Designed as to be a kitchen and dining centric space, this home offers large spaces dedicated to the dining and kitchen areas that makes it perfect for hosting and cooking. Both Jeff and Bettina loves to host, and warmly welcomes film makers to film in their beautiful home. The overall feel anyone would get when they enter the house is "huge" as one can see all the way to the end of the kitchen, dining hall and 2 of the bedrooms while standing at the entrance. This sense of space was something Bettina and Jeff appreciates as it opens up the house for maximum sun ight to reach into the house and the sense of space gives of an uncluttered and relaxing atmosphere. The house features a modern, industrial look and a monochromatic theme accented by wooden furniture and tastefully placed house plants adding some greeny and life that breaks away from the cold masculine features of the house. The bedrooms features a bleached wood vinyl floor to sperate the common areas like the living, dining and kitchen spaces offering a differentiated cosy and warm atmosphere. The dining room is an immediate dominant feature for guests as a 3.6m combined dining table and 12 dining chairs are observable just behind the living room sofa. The pièce de résistance is the kitchen. Combining the old dining and kitchen spaces, a large central island now dominates the space. It is seperated from the living room by a huge glass facade with a combi sliding/pivot door that allows for large entry way and unobstructed view of the kitchen in its entirety and it is a perfect show stopper for anyone interested in culinary arts or filming kitchen centric scenes. Both Bettina and Jeff also has a wide variety of cooking equipment that can be accessed and used (with supervision) that'll turn any talent to look like a pro chef. The common washroom is also a unique feature as it is combined with the old storage space to make it spacious and film friendly. The house has 2 additional bedrooms that are currently used as studies. Jeff's study has a wardrobe storage with mirror doors, a 1.8m electrical rising desk and the area infront of the wardrobe is used as a home gym with removable gym pads. Bettina's study has a 1.8 desk, 2.4m bookcase with glass doors, and a half height wall cabinet, this room also has the most natural light coming through. Cast & Crew Access Filmmakers are welcome to use the entire home for filming. The only request we have is to be able to avail the masterbedroom by around 8pm for our personal use when we retire. Interaction with Cast & Crew As a private home chef, Jeff will be around to assist with familiarising around the home and helping crew and cast with the operation of any cooking equipment if necessary. He would also be able to inform and guide crew how and where furniture should be shifted if required during the setting of camera angles. Getting Around Crew and cast can easily reach our place by taking a feeder bus from SERANGOON MRT station. It has an open air carpark with plenty of parking spaces directly below our flat making it easy for loading and unloading and lift lobby E services directly to our doorstep making very convienient to shift things in and out of the house as well. Other Things to Note Room lighting temperature 3k light - Living and dining - Both washrooms 4k light - Kitchen - Bedroom 2 (Jeff's study) Tritone - Master bedroom - Bedroom 3 (Bettina's study) - House Rules - 1. Strictly no smoking on premise or outside the entrance. (Crew who wishes to smoke have to head to the ground floor to smoke and ensure the cigerette butt is disposed responsibly) 2. Strictly all tripods and stands to have protective gear placed on it's feet to prevent any damages to the floor work. 3. The masterbedroom is the only private space for owners during the course of the shoot, hence owners request the master bedroom to be availed by 8pm onwards. Any requirements for filming in the master bedroom beyond 8pm or overnight must be cleared with owners in advanced and is subject to owner approval. Additionally production team must provide their own beddings and pillows for the shoot for safe hygiene practices. 4. Any shifting of furniture, adding set furniture and dressing of walls must be cleared with owner and done so with caution, care and protective gear to avoid any damages to items and surroundings. 5. All items/furniture that has been moved must be placed back in it's original position by the end of the shoot. 6. Please do not overcrowd the lift landing area with any equipment that would hinder the convenience of immediate neighbours. 7. Please do not use any items belonging to owners for dressing/props without clearing it with owners.
