Third bedroom used as modern office. Category Type : Housing Accommodates : 41+ People Property Type : Condominium - Prices - Hourly Price: SGD$150 Weekend Pricing: SGD$175 / Per Hour Security Fee: SGD$2,000 - Description - The Space The space can only be booked for film and / or video shootings. Filming is only allowed in the private areas not in any public areas. Since this is a condominium, filming noise must be kept to a minimum. Cast & Crew Access Fim crew is allowed up to a team of 30 staff. Please ask for separate approval if you require more staff on site. Crew has to be on the property and not occupy any common areas during the shooting Interaction with Cast & Crew Our staff will be available during the filming (1 person). Other than that you will have the space to yourself. Other Things to Note Please note that in case you need to bring larger equipment, you need to pre-advise this min. 3 days prior to the filming since the condo management needs to be informed. - House Rules - No shoes, no smoking, no loud noise in the house / during filming. We will collect a security deposit of 2,000 SGD payable in cash or PayNow prior to any filming start. In case of no damages, deposit will be reimbursed in cash / PayNow the same day after end of filming. We also require the filmmaker to sign a liability waiver form prior to any filming.
