WORST Ninja Collection Point ever!!!! Stated their business hours at 2-7pm!!! But many times always late! got to travel few times jst to check if their shop open have to wait 15-20-45minutes???!!!!!! Called/Sms the number stated but don't even picked up!!! Whenever feedback to owner he will just apologise but then is always the same problem occur!! Which means he's simply do not bother! !!!!!! Then why even be a collection point???!!!!

You don’t waste people time like this! Took off day to drop by your shop at 2pm, travel all the way to your place to buy items which u claim you have one day ago, yet your staff told us otherwise, they THOUGHT is another item/size. Service is horrible!
