attended the pineapple tart class and the tarts were not nice. The instructor did not add any salt even though it was written in the recipe, it was the worst baking class i ever attended. The one star review is because we do not need to wash the dishes.

environment was really spacious and clean. instructor for my 4-hour ramen making course ($160) was very friendly and facilitated the lesson well. she was very helpful and patient with my questions and gave good tips. my ramen turned out pretty awesome! would recommend taking a class here. do support!

Enjoyed my lessons here. If you‘re taking the bus/MRT, may be good to bring umbrella in case it rains as it’s not sheltered. Comfortable environment, hands on classes, small class size at reasonable prices (no package). I see myself as a beginner/noob level cook. I tried following recipes online but it wasn’t always successful, hence I decided to attend classes. I’m taking cooking classes elsewhere too and honestly I felt I picked up more practical skills and tips here as the explanations and demo during cooking is more detailed and hands-on. I’ve enjoyed chef Shih’s Chinese cooking lessons, with some dishes (especially Hong Kong steamed fish and cereal prawns) being a mainstay at home. I’m always in a happy mood at their studio. It’s fun and I get to learn practical dishes I can re-create at home. See the photos, enjoy!
