You will be presented with a window with details of your current membership cycle and actions you may take.

Your membership renews automatically every month based on your original sign-up date. You can view your next billing date anytime on the Memberships page in your account by following the instructions in the first question. Please note that renewals are processed automatically, so we recommend you to make preparations at least 3-5 days before.

Your visits are designed to be used within each billing cycle. If you don’t use all of them, any remaining visits will expire at the end of the month. When your membership renews, a new set of visits will be automatically refreshed for the new billing cycle. We recommend planning your visits within the month to get the most value from your membership. You may check your current usage for the month by following the instructions in the first answer.

You may cancel your membership subscription plan any time before the end of your 30-day cycle. You are advised to make cancellations 3-5 days before the end of the cycle to facilitate the cancellation process and avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. 1.
